What Ingredients Do I Need To Make A Pumpkin Spice Coffee Cocktail?
The Alcohol
The Vodka: For this boozy fall coffee cocktail recipe you are looking for the smoothest vodka you can find. Luckily, Florida distills some excellent smooth vodkas, so there are plenty for you to choose from.
Our top pick for Florida vodka is Coast made by Kozuba and Sons Distillery which is made exclusively for ABC Fine Wine & Spirits. This vodka not only comes in a crazily affordable 1.75L box, but some of each sale goes to the Florida Conservation Association. So you can drink this Pumpkin Spice Coffee Cocktail knowing it’s preserving Florida’s coastline as well as your wallet!
If you are looking for something a bit more premium, then go for E11even Vodka which is the official vodka of the E11even nightclub in Miami. This ultra-smooth premium vodka is produced by Toast Distillers, one of the few black owned distilling companies.

The Mixers
The Coffee: Use your favorite local coffee in this recipe, our favorite is Made Coffee. If Made Coffee sounds familiar, then you may have seen their beautifully designed cans in your local Publix. If this is the first time hearing about them then you’re welcome. They are about to become your favorite Florida coffee brand!
This St. Petersburg based company set about bringing convenient chilled coffee to people dealing with the Florida heat. Using techniques typically used in beer brewing they developed a proprietary brew system to mass produce, and can, quality cold coffee. Thus Florida’s original canned cold brew was born.
For this cocktail recipe we use their original cold brew. You can pick up their cans in Publix statewide, click here for your nearest store that carries Made Coffee.
Recommended Coffee: Made Cold Brew Coffee
The Sweetener: It is the homemade Pumpkin Spice Simple Syrup that gives this spiked coffee cocktail it’s fall flavors. This easy simple syrup recipe involves simmering ground spices with canned pumpkin, sugar and water. As well as using it in all your fall cocktail recipes you can also use it to make a Pumpkin Spice Latte or even drizzle it over your pancakes.
Recommended Sweetener: Homemade Pumpkin Simple Syrup
The Milk: Use your preferred milk in this fall coffee cocktail. Cow, almond, oat, coconut and soy all work great. We prefer vanilla almond milk for this recipe as the creamy nuttiness with the hint of vanilla works perfectly with the pumpkin spices.
Recommended Milk: Silk Vanilla Almond Milk

Straight up or on the rocks: This adult iced coffee should be served on the rocks over plenty of ice.
The Garnish: To double down on the fall spices we coat the rim of the glass. Prepare the coated rim by mixing the Sugar and Pumpkin Spice together and spreading flat on a plate. Wet the rim of the glass with a little almond milk and then dip the rim in the mixture to coat. Finish off by sliding a cinnamon stick down the side of the glass to complete this fall cocktail.
